Dear CPPAC Students and Families:

We hope you are all in good health and finding comfort as you settle into a new rhythm during this time of safe distancing. We wanted to take a moment to update you about what is going on at Cathedral Park Performing Arts Collective over these next few weeks. Please read below for info about Spring Term, Summer Term, and payment installments, scholarships, and gift cards.

SPRING TERM

Registration for Spring Term will reopen April 4. New dates for Spring Term are April 18 – June 12, 2020. While safety restrictions are in place, all classes will be offered online via Zoom, and many will include supplemental materials for you/r family’s at-home enjoyment. Our teaching team is diligently designing these online offerings, as well as a series of FREE videos to keep you creatively engaged and inspired in these next two weeks before classes begin. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram, as well as our blog for those posts.

Have you already paid in full for Spring Term?

You may choose to:

  1. Receive a refund for the two weeks of classes that won’t be happening now that the term is only 8 weeks long;
  2. Receive a credit to your account for those two weeks of classes;
  3. Donate the cost of those two weeks back to the organization, which will go toward supporting our teachers and operational expenses while our physical studio is closed.

Please email us at info@cathedralparkarts.org if you would like a refund or credit added to your account. If you wish to donate your extra tuition paid, no action necessary.

SUMMER TERM

At this time we plan to run summer workshops as scheduled. We will be in close communication with families if plans change.

PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS

All April payment installments for Spring and Summer Terms are postponed. This means if you have opted to make automatic payments, your account will not be charged in April. Your balance has been moved to May and can be adjusted upon request. Please send email to: info@cathedralparkarts.org.

SCHOLARSHIPS

As always, we offer scholarships and financial assistance to anyone who needs it. Please do not let money be a barrier. If you wish to enroll  in our classes and need special financial considerations, reach out.

More than ever, our job is to connect our community through the arts and provide sources for creative nourishment.
